The Irish Countrywomen's Association (ICA) is Ireland's largest women's organisation; with events organised at national, federation and local level. Members belong to a local Guild. Guilds are gathered in countywide Federations. At ICA Wicklow Federation we take part in a variety of activities and enjoy the company of new friends and acquaintances. Nationally our organisation has always played a part in improving the lives of women by allowing them the chance to raise their voice on matters of concern that affect themselves, their communities and women nationally.
